We started our co-operation with Objedname during 2021, The support team, Ms Lucie and Mr Ruzicka, made sure that we have everything set up i order to start the operations. I remember late night calls with Mr, Ruzicka and IT Team at 2 in morning with test orders. We have a problem with disconnecting the phone from the system (an incoming call does not appear on the base), it disconnects regularly around 19:30 and sometimes during the day and it takes a long time to connect.
